Remon Samuel (b 1972 – Egypt) is a mosaic artist and educator, owner  MosaicEgypt studio in Egypt (established in 2006). He is the first Egyptian mosaicist and international mosaic artists to be included in the Ton Tann Gallery museum's world-class contemporary mosaic collection “Elephant with octopus” and the first solo mosaic Exhibition – Thailand in August 2019.

* Remon's mosaic, African mask, has been acquired by Bursa Metropolitan Municipality Migration History Museum Turkey. He’s the first Egyptian artist nominated to represent Egypt in the International Encyclopedia of Contemporary Mosaic Artists – America year 2005 and also nominated in 2006 - 2007.

* He’s the first Egyptian Mosaic Artist in EUA, nominated by AEC office for the designed and implementation of the mosaic icons of the first Cathedral in Abu Dhabi (St. Antony's Cathedral) in 2007. He’s the first Egyptian Mosaic Artist in Dubai, nominated by Al Hudaiba Contracting LLC, for the designed and implementation of the mosaic icons of the first Coptic church in Dubai (St. Mina) in 2009. And also he’s the first Egyptian Mosaic Artist in Greece nominated for the designed and implementation of the mosaic icons of the first Coptic church in Athena (St. Mary & St. Mark’s) in 2010.

* He received his B.A in Art -in 1993 Egypt, M.A in Coptic art – in 1999 Egypt. He’s a Member of (AMIC) in Italy, Member of (SOFA) in Egypt. He participated in more than 45 collective exhibitions. He participated in the third international ceramics symposium in 2017 and also the fourth 2018, 2019 Egypt.

* Remon's studio working now to finish the biggest project (St. Paul's cathedral) in Egypt Designing and implementing the mosaic icons more than 2500 Mq.  Remon was Designed and implemented mosaic Icons for more than 25 churches in Egypt and around the world in the field of mosaics in Egypt, Greece, Thailand, Sweden, Kuwait, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Turkey, America.
