บทคัดย่อ

   งานวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเอกลักษณ์แหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยาเพื่อนำไปใช้ในการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานศิลปะร่วมสมัย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสำรวจข้อมูลเอกลักษณ์แหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา แบบสัมภาษณ์ความคิดเห็นในด้านเอกลักษณ์แหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรม และแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของนักท่องเที่ยวในด้านการรับรู้เอกลักษณ์แหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา จากนั้นทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและสรุปข้อมูลไปสู่เอกลักษณ์แหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา เพื่อนำไปสู่การสร้างสรรค์ผลงานศิลปะร่วมสมัย โดยมีการประเมินรูปแบบผลงานโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางด้านศิลปะร่วมสมัย และประเมินการรับรู้ด้านเอกลักษณ์โดยนักท่องเที่ยว พร้อมทั้งจัดนิทรรศการเผยแพร่ผลงานเป็นสาธารณะ

    ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ผลการศึกษาเอกลักษณ์แหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยาแบ่งออกเป็นคุณค่า 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ คุณค่าด้านมรดกโลก คุณค่าด้านภูมิปัญญา และคุณค่าด้านวิถีชีวิตและศิลปวัฒนธรรม  1) เอกลักษณ์แหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมที่มีคุณค่าด้านมรดกโลก  ได้แก่ แหล่งท่องเที่ยวที่ได้รับการขึ้นทะเบียนเป็นโบราณสถานที่ตั้งโดดเด่นในบริเวณเกาะเมือง และริมฝั่งแม่น้ำ โดยมีภูมิศาสตร์ที่มีลักษณะเป็นเกาะที่มีแม่น้ำล้อมรอบ มีสภาพแวดล้อมความเป็นเมืองเก่า มีโบราณสถานเป็นวัดเก่าแก่ และมีการกำหนดเขตอุทยานประวัติศาสตร์พระนครศรีอยุธยา  ศิลปะและสถาปัตยกรรมที่มีความโดดเด่น ในส่วนศิลปะ ได้แก่ พระพุทธรูปขนาดใหญ่ รูปแบบศิลปะอยุธยาที่มีอายุเก่าแก่ ในส่วนของสถาปัตยกรรม ได้แก่ พระปรางค์ เจดีย์ และวิหารหรืออุโบสถที่มีรูปแบบศิลปะอยุธยา โดยมีเรื่องราวทางประวัติศาสตร์สมัยกรุงศรีอยุธยาที่ในด้านของความเจริญรุ่งเรืองของเมืองที่มีอายุยาวนาน 417 ปี กิจกรรมเที่ยวชมโบราณสถานและศึกษาประวัติศาสตร์ศิลปะและสถาปัตยกรรม    2) เอกลักษณ์แหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมที่มีคุณค่าด้านภูมิปัญญา ได้แก่ ชุมชนหัตถกรรมมีดอรัญญิกชุมชนที่มีที่ตั้งทางภูมิศาสตร์อยู่ริมแม่น้ำป่าสัก มีการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมเป็นหมู่บ้านท่องเที่ยวในเชิงวัฒนธรรม เป็นชุมชนที่เกิดจากการรวมตัวของคนที่มีเชื้อสายลายเวียงจันทน์ที่มีภูมิปัญญาทางด้านการตีมีด ที่สืบทอดภูมิปัญญามายาวนานกว่า 200 ปี รูปแบบผลิตภัณฑ์มีดมีชื่อเสียงโดดเด่นในด้านความทนทาน โดยรูปแบบมีดที่มีความโดดเด่น ได้แก่ มีดเหน็บ และมีดโบราณ มีกิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยวที่โดดเด่น คือ การท่องเที่ยวหมู่บ้านชมการสาธิตการตีมีดและเลือกซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์มีดอรัญญิก และการเข้าชมพิธีไหว้ครูบูชาเตา และ 3) เอกลักษณ์แหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมที่มีคุณค่าด้านวิถีชีวิตและศิลปวัฒนธรรม ได้แก่   ตลาดน้ำอโยธยา ตลาดโก้งโค้งที่มีสภาพแวดล้อมเป็นการจำลองบรรยากาศของวิถีชีวิตของคนในอดีตที่ทำให้คนปัจจุบันหวนระลึกถึง มีศิลปะและสถาปัตยกรรม ได้แก่ งานเครื่องจักสาน งอบ ปลาตะเพียน ศิลปะเกี่ยวกับการกินอยู่ซื้อขาย เช่น อาหารโบราณ การบรรจุภัณฑ์อาหารจากใบตอง เรือสัญจร ในด้านสถาปัตยกรรม ได้แก่ บ้านเรือนไทย เรือนพื้นถิ่น เพิงค้ามุงจาก กิจกรรมการซื้อขายสินค้าทางบกและทางเรือในรูปแบบตลาดโบราณ และการชมศิลปะการแสดงของสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว

    ในส่วนของผลงานสร้างสรรค์ศิลปะร่วมสมัย ประกอบด้วย 3 ชุดงาน ได้แก่ 1. ผลงานสร้างสรรค์จากเอกลักษณ์แหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมที่มีคุณค่าในด้านมรดกโลก แนวคิดเมืองแห่งศรัทธาทางพระพุทธศาสนา 2. ผลงานสร้างสรรค์จากเอกลักษณ์แหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมที่มีคุณค่าในด้านภูมิปัญญา แนวคิดชุมแห่งภูมิปัญญาเพื่อการพึ่งพาตนเอง 3. ผลงานสร้างสรรค์จากเอกลักษณ์แหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมที่มีคุณค่าในด้านวิถีชีวิตและศิลปวัฒนธรรม แนวคิดวิถีวัฒนธรรมคนเมืองน้ำ โดยวิเคราะห์ผลงานสร้างสรรค์ออกเป็น 5 ประเด็น ได้แก่ เนื้อหาของผลงาน รูปแบบของผลงาน วัสดุและเทคนิคในการสร้างสรรค์ การสื่อความหมาย และการปฏิสัมพันธ์กับนักท่องเที่ยว โดยผลการประเมินรูปแบบผลงาน และการประเมินการรับรู้ด้านเอกลักษณ์ในผลงานสร้างสรรค์ทั้ง 3 ชุด ของนักท่องเที่ยว พบว่า การรับรู้ในด้านเอกลักษณ์และการรับรู้ในด้านศิลปะร่วมสมัยอยู่ในระดับมากในทุกด้าน

 

Abstracts

    This research mainly aims to study on the identity of Cultural Attractions in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province in order to utilize and apply for further Contemporary Arts. The research methodology includes the compilation of the documents and the field research data collection through the interviews and surveys. The research tools consist of 1. Surveys on the identity of cultural attractions in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province. 2. In-depth interviews of the experts on the identity of cultural attractions in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province 3. The questionnaires on the identity of cultural attractions in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province. After Data Analysis and summarization extracted from the research tools, the Contemporary Arts have been conducted, through the Contemporary Arts Expert’s Evaluations, The Tourists’ Evaluation in term of Unique Identity, and also has been presented through the Public Exhibition.

    From the research, The Value of the Identity of Cultural Attraction in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province could be categorized into 3 categories; Value in World Heritage Aspect, Value in Wisdom Aspect, and Value in Cultural Aspect. Value in World Heritage Aspect represents by the Tourist Attractions which have been registered as Historic Sites located in the prime area. The geographic site such isolated land surrounded by water, located among the historical sites and or has been registered as Ayutthaya Historical Parks, rich in term of Arts such as Phra Buddha Trai Rattana Nayok, Phra Mongkhon Bophit,  Phra Phuttha Nimit Wichit Mara Moli Si Sanphet Borommatrailokkanat, and rich in term of Architecture such as Prang stupa of Wat Rachaburana and Wat Chai Wattanaram, bell-shaped stupa of Wat Phra Si San Phet, Wihan Phra Mongkhon Bophit with a historical traced back to Ayutthaya Era as the prosperous capital for 417 years. The Value in World Heritage Aspect also includes Tourist Activity in term of Historical Sightseeing and studying over Art and Architectural History as well. Secondary, on the Value in Wisdom Aspect, Handcrafted Aranyik Knife Village located along Pasak River. This community has been set up as the cultural tourist attraction, originally formed up by the Vientiane descendants with wisdom on making knives which has been inherited for over 200 years. The products from this community is famous for its durability and also unique knives such as hiking knife and ancient sword. The famous and outstanding tourist activity in this community is the blacksmith demonstration, shopping, and also the master ceremony. Last of all, the value in term of Cultural Aspect, such as in Ayutthaya Floating Market, which demonstrate on the ancient lifestyle in Ayutthaya to remind people on the richness of Arts and Architecture through Bamboo Weaving, Farmer’s Hat, Palm leaf fish weaving. and also, the Arts on Ancient Lifestyle such as Ancient Foods, Banana Leaved Food-Packaging, Boat Traveling. In term of Architecture, such as Ancient Thai Houses, also Ancient Thai Stores and Market, as well as Ancient Thai Performance in the Tourist Attractions.

    The Contemporary Arts Creation consisted of 3 sets; 1. Contemporary Arts through the Identity of Cultural Attraction in term of World Heritage, and Buddhism Value Aspect 2. Contemporary Arts through the Identity of Cultural Attraction in term of Wisdom Value Aspect 3. Contemporary Arts through the Identity of Cultural Attraction in term of Lifestyle and Cultural Value Aspect through the idea of lives by the river. The analysis of these contemporary arts has been categorized into 5 categories; content of the work, patterns of the work, material and techniques, assumption, and the interaction with the tourists. In which the Evaluation Results in term of Identity through these 3 sets of work has been proved that the awareness in term of identity and perception over contemporary arts rank in satisfied level across all aspects.
